Job Description

The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution Architect will be responsible for working with both Business and IT team members to architect an overall technical solution that will deliver an end to end sales solution that starts in the Salesforce Sales Cloud, moves to CallidusCloud Configure Price Quote (CPQ) module, and then finishes in the CallidusCloud Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) module. Once the high level design has been documented and agreed upon this resource will work with the project team to develop a plan and begin the implementation of the CLM component across the enterprise.
  • Assist with the development of the overall end to end sales solution architecture and design with a primary focus on the CallidusCloud CLM solution.
  • Develop an implementation plan to begin implementing CLM across the company.
  • Help organize and lead CLM discovery and business process definition meetings to define future state business processes and a high level system design.
  • Coordinate with broader team to ensure overall solution delivers the desired business value, is scalable, and adheres to architectural and technical standards.
  • Build out prototypes or proof-of-concepts to demonstrate capability or get early buy in to proposed design.
  • Work with broader team and scrum master to translate high level design and architecture into a workable set of user stories that can be delivered within a set number of iterations.
  • Lead technical team in the implementation of the technical portions of the CLM solution.
  • 10+ yrs experience with the implementation of Lead to Order related cloud based CRM, CPQ, and/or CLM tools.
  • Relevant experience with CallidusCloud CLM.
  • Working knowledge of CallidusCloud CPQ desirable.
  • Understanding of overall CLM business processes, with experience implementing CLM applications.
  • Understanding of overall CPQ processes, experience of working with products, pricing, quoting and order management applications desirable.
  • Experience with integrating CLM to CRM ( desirable.
  • Provide support and expertise to achieve a successful deployment of the solution.
  • Experience with the Agile project methodology.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
