Job Description

•    Drive and develop organizational QA strategies for Environments, Automation, Tools and Process.
•     Evaluate tools and provide recommendations
•     Assist with broad or recurring issues laying out a path for resolution.
•     Drive quality across all disciplines, providing guidance, feedback, and suggestions to improve quality     practices across an entire engineering team.
•    Enhance department and organization reputation by taking ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to NT Quality
•    Carry out strategies that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically complex
•    Conduct preliminary program analysis and establish planning guidelines and strategies
•    Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and management
•     Enhances department and organization reputation by taking ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to NT Quality
•    Oversee engagement and strategy of Performance and Automation Teams where applicable
•    Develop testing strategies and standards for Client
•   Work with cross functional teams to conduct post mortem and root cause analyses when deployments are problematic or result in high severity defects post production
•   As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
•   Strategic in developing delivery strategies for programs within functional areas
•   Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Client ALM, UFT, Jira, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, Perl, Gerkin, Selenium, Service Virtualization, Mainframe, Unix, Windows, Hadoop, Cloud Foundry, MQ, ETL, SOA  and tools such as Iteraplan and CA DevTest) is required.
•   Methodology knowledge and impact on testing activities (e.g. Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, and BDD) is required.
