Job Description
  • Experience with Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 incident resolution in a Service Desk environment (1 yr)
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ticketing) systems – preferably ServiceNow
  • Ability to interact with customers via telephone and/or email and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to translate technical issues into non-technical language and communicate to the customer
  • Experience with Exchange account setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Identity Management (desirable)
