Role Responsibilities:
  • Experience in working with ServiceNow/IT Service Management engineering team.
  • The BA engages with client stakeholders regarding their business/technical needs from the ServiceNow platform.
  • Acts as a liason between stakeholders and the system developers/architects in determining how to apply existing solutions or specifying new or modified solutions to meet their needs.
  • The BA participates in managing the business as usual demand queue, qualifying/clarifying/vetting new demand.
  • User Acceptance Testing.
  • Communications (verbal, online training, email announcements, web site content, quick reference card and FAQ development).
  • Onboarding assistance for new stakeholder departments, and support escalations from operations when appropriate.
  • Good verbal and written communications is essential.
  • Prior IT service management background desired, ServiceNow experience a plus.
