Minimum Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Five (5) years active Project Management experience
  • Expert in industry standards in project management and development methodologies (PMBOK, MSF, SEI, Agile Methods, RUP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply project management techniques, tools and documents
  • Sound decision making ability, analytical reasoning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully complete multiple projects / workstreams simultaneously
  • Financial acumen, and ability to structure a business case (or ability to quickly learn said skills)
  • Technology and systems knowledge
  • Ability to motivate and get the best out of a team of resources who do not directly report to you
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage risk
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to rapidly resolve issues and recognize when escalation is necessary
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation and resolution skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work with little supervision
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Word and Visio
  • Available for overnight travel (up to 30%)
  • Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others
  • Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Airline industry experience
  • Experience of an implementation of an ITSM Tool
  • ITIL V3 Foundation or higher
