Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Oracle ERP application knowledge and system configuration experience in 2 or more of the following modules: OM, PO, OTM, ECG, Inventory, Pricing, AR, and AP.
  • Knowledge of system development methodologies with experience throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Ability to support enterprise business applications and integrated system environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to interact with senior leadership, technical and business resources, and outside parties (customers, suppliers, and carriers).
  • Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of others and drive consensus across a diverse group of functional, technical, and business resources with conflicting or competing priorities.
  • Ability to drive work to completion effectively in self-directed manner.
  • Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to identify and select among varied courses of action.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
  • B2B (EDI, collaboration portal) solution design, testing, and implementation experience.
  • Experience working globally – America's, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology within business technology environment.
  • Industry experience in Channel Development (Consumer Package Goods, Foodservice, or Licensed Stores), Supply Chain Operations (planning, procurement, transportation), or Financials.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multi-disciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
