Technical Skills:
· QA Lead with IVR
· 4 or more years of experience as testing consultant with emphasis on IVR, and contact center testing.
· Knowledge on Genesys IVR platform is must
· Working Experience in a formal SDLC/STLC process and testing methodologies and adherence to good testing practices
· Expertise in planning, designing and execution of complex testing solutions including Functional, Regression, and End to End testing
· Proficiency in creating Test Scenarios, Creating and update Test cases, Test data, Executing test cases, Logging & Tracking Defects
· Experience with Agile process

· Proficiency in creating Test Scenarios, Creating and update Test cases, Test data, Executing test cases, Logging & Tracking Defects
· Proficiency in carving out Master Test Strategy
· Organize Test Data requests and determine gaps
· Perform Defect Management and track defects to closure
· Ability to effectively communicate with QA Analysts, Test Leads, Developers and BA's
· Must have previous IVR and interface testing experience, including skills based routing testing.
