Must have Skills:
  • Must have 4+ strong working experience in ServiceNow Development
  • Have worked on Jakarta or Istanbul version
  • Well versed in Implementation, customization, design and development of Key ITSM functionalities/modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Catalogue Management etc
  • Should have knowledge of Script actions, LDAP scripting, UI policies, Time sheet policies, Glide stack, Slide records etc
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Associate has to work on ServiceNow development and use his/her knowledge and skills in key areas like Service Catalogue development, CMDB implementation and IT Financial Management etc.
  • Experience in conducting requirement gathering design sessions and further, documenting the features and aspects of Service Catalogue forms in ServiceNow.
  • Well versed in Implementation, customization, design and development of Key ITSM functionalities/modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Catalogue Management etc.
  • Performed core configuration tasks including system polices, business rules and client scripts etc.
  • Should have knowledge of Java scripting skills and must have worked on customizing & creating new workflows and configuring/customizing SLA's.
  • Well versed with Update Sets, Import Sets etc. and must have knowledge of Integrating ServiceNow with various sources like Jira, ServiceNow discovery, Splunk, Zenoss, Client SIM, Altiris, Solar winds etc.
  • Must have worked on latest ServiceNow versions including Helsinki, Istanbul, Jakarta & Kingston.
  • Has knowledge of administering and customizing/creating other ServiceNow modules including Knowledge Management, Contract Management, Reports, BSM Maps and Task Boards.
  • Has knowledge of configuring e-mail/text notifications, customer satisfaction surveys etc.
  • Should have knowledge of Script actions, LDAP scripting, UI policies, Time sheet policies, Glide stack, Slide records etc.
  • Should have knowledge of Mid Server and its configuration, upgrade, properties, installation and capabilities etc.
