My Notes on what the manager really wants: ability to do research/work with end users/work flow diagrams/take IT requirements and create wireframes/sandbox implementation/present to IT and fight for their designs/person who can ramp quickly and is always okay with a fast pace environment/can handle project shifts/would like someone who's worked on salesforce before but not a requirement/WAR room environment – ability to be comfortable with this/someone tool agnostic/this team does not use sketch/ability to tell a clear story.

Must have worked on internal tools in the past – ex: ios/ipad apps/salesforce/case management/medical firm applications/financial force.
