  • This person will be the process owner for the client's Incident and Problem management.
  • Implement and facilitate the Priority 1 Incident communications process.
  • Execute the steps involved in Problem Management.
  • This person should have Service Now experience implementing and using the modules dealing with Incident and Problem Management.
  • Identify Service Now capabilities to improve these processes.
  • Service Now certification is a benefit.
