Qualifications Required:
  • Functional professional with 5+ ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and a senior team member or team lead on at least 2 full cycle implementations.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience implementing ERP applications for Order Entry, VMI, Warehousing, Logistics, EDI, eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, user training.
  • Must have experience collaborating with business users on business process enhancements.
  • Designing EDI solutions for customers and 3PL partners.
  • Exposure to designing Customer VMI models.
  • Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design on Order to Cash process.
  • Good process understanding of Order Capture/ eCommerce/ Outbound Logistic – OM Picking & Shipping (Manual Task / Directed Task), Picking Rule/ WMS Strategies, Forward Picking, Pull Replenishment, Cross Docking etc.
  • Knowledge on Cloud WMS/ Logfire and its integration is added advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computers or Applied Sciences (Engineering).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and Logfire
  • Exposure to Matrix Inventory and related operations is a big plus
  • Exposure to OBIEE
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
