The successful candidate will be responsible to the Technical Lead of the Improvements & Options function for administering and driving Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for One Stop Office Shop (OSOS) - which is a process designed for ensuring fast track handling for the design corrections during Engineering Model Revision (EMR) in a specific project. The role will be to support the Blade Integration Design (BID) Team in a dynamic environment together with hands-on engineering attitude to improve on complex multi-disciplinary products involving mechanical, aerodynamic, electrical, and electronics design. The principal responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

* ECM (Engineering Change Management) admin for OSOS for all platforms.
* Plan release dates by liaising with the Project and Task owners.
* To implement changes to blade design including drawing revision, material changes, specification changes and changes to the Bill of Material (BoM) structure.
* Perform daily management in ECM in order to optimize the performance of ECM processes.
* Request BoM update via Product Data Management (PDM) team.
* Book and chair Cross Functional Review (CFR) meetings.
* Monitor ECM KPIs and be hands on in solving day to day problems in regards to ECM users.
* Educate and train users in ECR & ECO creation and process understanding.
* Involve in the distribution of learning and sharing of knowledge across the organization by generating and generalizing ideas with impact to the ECM process and system.
Qualifications
  • Education and work experience (use internationally recognized terms for education)
A relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree (Preferably Mechanical, Electrical & Aeronautical engineering)
Min. 6 Years working experience which includes 3-4+ years of relevant work experience with proven technical leadership of complex multi-disciplinary projects.
