Supply Chain System and Process Manager

Qualifications:
Responsible for the processes and systems related to Material Planning & Logistics Execution for Beauty Care Retail and Professional business. As super user for material planning and logistics execution, role owns end user training and process documentation. Act as liaison between end users and Global Process Owners and IT. Passionate problem solver with the desire to innovate smart solutions to business problems. Be curious and creatively look for opportunities to leverage innovative technology as well as optimize processes and methodologies. Detailed understanding of material planning and inventory management processes Super user mastery level in SAP ERP systems, Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and business objectives to drive process improvements Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills Ability to clearly communicate information between end users and IT and the knowledge of when issues need to be escalated Proven experience in ERP SAP end user training within the Supply Chain area Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Excel and Access (including pivot tables and vlookups) Education B.S. or B.A. degree Experience At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning and SAP (Fast moving Consumer Goods environment preferred)

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with and support Global Process Owners for Material Planning, Logistics and Source to Pay, to support and drive continuous process and system improvements Review and assist in testing all related change requests to SAP systems for areas of responsibility Ad-hoc Report creation and management, for Material Planning and Logistics processes Oversee the process documentation for Material Planning and Logistics Execution Provide process and system training to Material Planning and Logistics Execution Collaborate with other, cross functional Process Experts to support and implement cross functional process improvements Monitoring and audit compliance by users of Henkel Global Systems and Processes Manage regional tasks related to new plant set up in SAP System Translate business requests to functional requirements and high level design Other duties as assigned
