The Capabilities team supports Customer Supply Chain by providing program management, project leadership, and cutting-edge analytics. Responsibilities:
  • Supports Customer Supply Chain with analytics, insights, and tools related to assigned areas.
  • Provides training and ongoing mentorship to new Customer Supply Chain members.
  • Actively collaborate with customer supply chain and cross functional partners to ensure program compliance and coordinate when changes are needed.
  • Ensures that customer requirements are documented, that requirements are being met and that supplemental costs are being recovered.
  • Leads cost savings initiatives across the order to cash process.
  • Engages with industry experts and non-compete Client companies to remain up to date on customer related programs.
  • Proposes program changes and enrolls the organization when needed.
  • Proactively develops analytical tools in Tableau or Excel that can be used by Customer Supply Chain members and cross functional teams.
  • Relies on supply chain experience and/or knowledge to support Customer Supply Chain Managers and Channel Leaders.
Experience:
  • 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain
  • Intermediate analytical skills including the ability to manage large data sets, identify trends, and translate into actionable information.
  • Able to present complex ideas in a simple and easily understood manner.
  • Able to represent Supply Chain internally and externally in a professional manner.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker.
  • Proactive and goal/results oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An assertive yet collaborative leadership style.
  • Skilled in problem solving, plan development and priority setting.
  • Willingness to take a position and to persevere in the face of significant challenge.
  • Able to work across organizational structures.
