Nature and Scope

The position is responsible for developing, supporting and assisting in web design, marketing collateral and assets (html email and media banners) and the Employee Intranet. Responsibilities will include programming for Internet and Intranet sites, creating graphics, designing web pages, banners and html email.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, design, support and program new websites, html email and media banners.
Maintain and enhance websites, Intranet sites, email blasts and banners
Assist and support web operations manager of multiple MS IIS Web Servers 2008, 2012
Perform testing of websites, emails and banners while also engaging users as necessary.
Conduct all user acceptance testing (UAT) and report results.
Design and implement user-driven templates and interfaces for ease of use.
Assure website compliance with procedures related to distribution of promotional materials and advertising.
Assist and support web operations manager with all New and Existing URL's.
Oversee website creation/revision. Work with third party web-site hosting vendors together with ad agencies for creative and internal departments for structure, function and content.
Manage access rights to individual users of the websites.
Analyze traffic and reports with Google Analytics to help trending and increase traffic.
Promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Design, Develop and support email marketing campaigns.
Design, Develop and support Animated Web Banners; Utilizing HTML5, jQuery and/or JS
Support and Maintain banner hosting with marketing and out-side agencies
Implement search engine optimization strategies.
Provide in-house technical guidance and support to users.
Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications and Requirements

Online Portfolio required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field a plus.
Minimum 5 years' experience in web development required: HTML, HTML5, XML, ASP.NET, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, C#/VB.Net
MS Visual Studio Asp.Net 3.0 4.5 Frameworks and/or Dreamweaver Development
Intermediate JavaScript, jQuery Libraries for Front-End Development
CSS3 Media Quires, Responsive Web Design (RWD)
Mobile Development and Design as it relates to websites and (RWD)
Some experience in Adobe Creative Suite; (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate etc.)
Proficient in Cross-Browser Development and Debugging for seamless User Experiences across all browsers and mobile devices
Proficient in internet related applications such as email clients, FTP clients and web browsers.
Experience with search engine optimization.
Ability to leverage the latest web technologies and best practices.
Ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility (including mobile accessibility).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
Must be a team player and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

Not Required but would be a plus;

Database experience in SQL Server or Oracle for data driven websites a plus
Some Asp.Net MVC/MVVC Architecture a plus
Umbraco Development and Content Management System Experience a plus
IIS (Internet Information Systems) Experience a plus
