Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager works with businesses and agencies to shape and develop high performing digital marketing campaigns that deliver value to the customer and meet business objectives. The role will elevate digital marketing maturity through consultation, upskilling of the organization with the latest digital marketing campaign best practices, and ensuring data-driven campaign strategies. - Bachelor's degree required, in Business, Marketing, or Communications - 5+ years' work experience in digital marketing or customer experience, ideally within large companies - Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively explain and demonstrate digital marketing effectiveness - Very good presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills in order to drive large global projects - Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize. - Good problem solving and decision-making skills. - Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work with businesses and creative teams to manage development and execution of omni-channel digital marketing campaigns and strategies on channels including websites, social media, marketing automation, and CRM. - Drive and ensure proper execution of paid media strategies across relevant channels - Ensure definition of campaign measurement frameworks, also ensuring proper tracking setup & regular insights extractions - Develop annual calendar of digital marketing campaigns - Own, develop and drive social channel and community management strategies, including aligning with business on social media plans and content - Assist in identification of content & campaign partners and agencies and manage content creation and production with stakeholders and experts - Work with customer care teams to establish responsive care processes across all relevant platforms - Keep an eye on the overall digital customer experience, and drive customer journey mapping & horizontal connections between all digital initiatives, applications and channels
