Our direct client is seeking a Project Manager III who will lead change enablement for the Billing Transformation program.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the Change Enablement workstream lead for the Billing Transformation program, partnering closely with Employee Communications, Learning & Performance, Client Experience, Sales Operations, and program leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute change activities.
  • Lead change enablement by assessing internal teammate impacts and translating them into a cohesive strategy across communications, training, readiness, and adoption. Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder readiness and successful launch.
  • Finalize the change impact assessment documentation for internal stakeholders and clients, building on the work already completed, to confirm impacted stakeholder groups, key process and experience changes, level of impact, readiness considerations, and adoption risks. While the impact assessment is almost complete, the main activity will be to host validation sessions with the business partners.
  • Execute the change enablement strategy and roadmap, translating change impacts into clear engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities for each impacted audience.
  • Partner with Employee Communications to align messaging, leader talking points, stakeholder updates, and program communications so audiences understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to prepare.
  • Partner with Learning & Performance to identify readiness needs, inform training and support materials, and help ensure that end users and the customer are prepared for launch.
  • Maintain an integrated change enablement plan that connects stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and hypercare activities across the full program timeline.
  • Develop and maintain key change artifacts, change impact summaries, Roadshow content, and adoption support materials.
  • Coordinate closely with the Salesforce Change Lead to align change plans, timing, stakeholder engagement, readiness activities, and go-live communications across closely connected programs with near-term go-live dates.
  • Track and communicate change enablement risks, dependencies, decisions, readiness milestones, and adoption indicators to support program governance and leadership visibility.
