Title: Program / Project Manager – Epic Data & Analytics
Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid remote)

Description

We are looking for a Program or Senior Project Manager specializing in Epic data and analytics to support enterprise reporting and data migration efforts tied to a major EMR transformation initiative.

• Remote-first with occasional onsite support as needed
• Flexibility for travel during critical project phases

 
Key Accountabilities:

• Lead data-related workstreams within Epic EMR programs
• Oversee data migration, validation, and reporting design activities
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver enterprise reporting solutions
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Drive planning, implementation, and evaluation for data initiatives

 
Required Skills:

• 7–10+ years of project/program management experience
• Strong experience with Epic data and reporting tools, including:
  • Cogito
  • Clarity
  • Caboodle
  • Reporting Workbench
  • Enterprise data platforms
• Experience managing data migration, conversion, or analytics programs
• Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Epic-to-Epic or large-scale EMR migrations
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Background in healthcare analytics or reporting
