Our client is seeking a Product Manager who will be required to translate business needs into solution requirements for customer messaging solutions (SMS, push) by working closely with product, communication and engineering leads. Data analysis skills are critical as well as understanding structured, relational data. We are looking for a candidate with solid business analysis and data analysis skills who are comfortable working in an agile environment.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery.
  • Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches.
  • Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements.
  • Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed.
