We are a busy and growing IT Consulting firm with large customers seeking a trustworthy, and extremely focused and organized individual to take on an Administrative based role that will support Sales, Recruiting and the Back Office as we conduct our day to day business. Qualified candidates will have an innate quality of true partnership to support the internal aspects of the organization.  The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn the systems we use as well as the nature of our business.  You will support all aspects of our business and learn technical roles with the intent that you will grow inside our organization.  This is a role designed for an individual to enter our company and establish a long-term career with the desire to learn and grow inside our organization and industry. 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Administrate the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Update system to track opportunities and candidates as well as candidate status progress through the Recruiting lifecycle
    • Update the CRM aspects of the system
  • Assist with the re-writing of job descriptions as needed and research new Job Descriptions or terms that are unfamiliar
  • Managing Job Descriptions and Internet posting keeping the ATS, Job Boards and Partner’s website current
  • Gain an understanding of (1) Technical Roles and (2) Requirements for those roles
  • Support Recruiter efforts throughout Recruiting Lifecycle
  • Assist Sales Team by communicating and recording appropriate information and data
  • Attend Supplier Calls, gather pertinent detail, document and disseminate important information
  • Formatting and/or rewriting resumes as needed
  • Setting up phone screens and face-to-face interviews for candidates
  • Checking websites and job boards to see if our requirements are posted under other recruiters (competitive research).
  • Submit candidates to Client HR databases
  • Assist sourcing top-notch technical candidates to fill our open requirements, as needed
    • Querying the job board databases for candidate resumes. Review resumes of qualified candidates
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Understanding of social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and incredibly organized.
  • Quick learner with an eagerness to see the entire organization succeed
  • Focused, yet flexible. 
  • Ability to work within aggressive time frames and work in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to develop successful working relationships with all levels of an organization.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Internet-based applications and systems.
