We are a busy and growing IT Consulting firm with large customers seeking a technical recruiter with 2 – 3 years of experience, is trustworthy, and organized with knowledge in filling mid to high-level IT roles in the Philadelphia regional area. Qualified candidates will have an innate quality of true partnership with candidates and clients alike.  Must be motivated by the hunt, and bring a sense of focus, discipline, creativity, vision, and commitment to leadership and accountability.  Additionally, should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a polished, professional demeanor.  This is a role designed for an individual to enter our company and establish a long-term career with the desire to grow into a Senior Level employee.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Recruiting top-notch technical candidates to fill our open requirements.  Creative, outside the box thinking is encouraged.
  • Develop a wholistic recruitment strategy for each opportunity presented.
    • Recruiting campaign planning and execution
    • Writing of job descriptions as needed to attract proper candidate pool
    • Determine appropriate job posting tactic
    • Querying job board databases
    • Referral marketing
    • Other related tasks as appropriate
  • Identify highly qualified candidates that meet our client's requirements through various means.
  • Conduct first level and technical screening interviews over the phone and in person.
  • Negotiation of hourly rates and salaries.
  • Conduct reference checks as needed.
  • Facilitate candidate phone screens and face-to-face interviews with clients.
  • Own the relationship with the candidate ensuring a positive journey through entire recruitment lifecycle including interview experience and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a network of technical contacts while generating candidates for client pipeline.
  • Upload and update information into corporate back office application while utilizing our systems to track opportunities and candidates.
  • Participate in weekly meetings, contributing feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates.
  • Development of strong relationships with your candidate pool of resources is a must.
  • Must understand inner-workings of MSP or VMO environments.
  • Strong soft skills, eagerness to research and learn and high levels of self-motivation are essential.
  • Highly motivated and enjoys being rewarded for a job well done.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience of full lifecycle recruiting for various levels of engagements.  Includes client and candidate interface, candidate sourcing, identification, interview and evaluation techniques.
  • Experience recruiting active and passive candidates and building a pipeline network.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and highly organized.
  • Focused, yet flexible. 
  • Demonstrated ability to attract top talent and fill positions with quality candidates.
  • Ability to work within aggressive time frames and work in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to develop successful working relationships with all levels of an organization.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Internet-based applications and systems.
