Our client is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to manage two or more scrum teams and seamlessly integrate these teams with the overall Digital portfolio and priorities.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to manage two or more scrum teams and seamlessly integrate these teams with the overall Digital portfolio and priorities. Integrates work from scrum teams into the larger portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Project Organization Understand and utilize the Smartsheets tool as appropriate to manage the work. Projects should adhere to agile tenants as much as possible.
  • Cross Functional Management Assist in organizing broader delivery team in a highly matrixed environment and building a rapport with other teams while holding teams accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work.
  • Product Owner Support Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective
  • Maintains overall tracking of a portfolio of projects and effectively communicates status across different presentation layers.
  • Works with Business and Technical teams to effectively prioritize the development work within the portfolio.
  • Seamlessly integrate the portfolio of projects with larger organizational portfolio and link to organization and enterprise goals.
  • Build new Agile processes and approaches to the development life cycle.
  • Work directly with technical scrum teams tasked with development, to insure priority of tasks under development. Work with L2 (Scrum of Scrums) teams to communicate status of work.
  • Insure the integration of the portfolio within other organizational elements to effectively foster cross-team communication and understanding of the work and strategic value of the portfolio.
  • Lead an Agile team ensuring the principle of continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; field of study: Computer Science or Business.
