Our client is seeking a dynamic problem solver with excellent communication and analytical skills to join their growing group. This role will work directly with the Vulnerability Management Team and have the overall responsibility of coordinating the roadmap and running the agile sprint process surrounding their vulnerability product; their in-house solution to consolidate vulnerabilities across the company. This role may also be asked to perform these duties for a development team that is also working with Vulnerability data, but within their ServiceNow instance.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with individual contributors, managers and executives from business units across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to create and maintain roadmaps and sprint schedules.
  • Bring together project participants to review progress, gather status, surface issues and develop action items.
  • Provide narrative summaries, charts, graphs, and other deliverables to help give executives and leaders a clear picture of progress and issues.
  • Work horizontally across the organization to find key players, build relationships, and drive progress.

On a typical day, you will:
  • Take a leadership role in establishing and running agile ceremonies for the Vulnerability Central development team.
  • Maintain the Vulnerability Central feature and function roadmap and communicate it to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Organize information in a PowerPoint slide deck, Excel spreadsheet, or project management tool.
  • Bring appropriate attention to blockers or issues.
  • Help colleagues by reviewing deliverables, talking through problems, or making connections.

You Should:
  • Be highly organized and extremely disciplined.
  • Have a savvy and realistic understanding of how people and teams behave.
  • Be a concise communicator.
  • Be positive, patient, persistent, and resourceful in the face of technical and organizational challenges.

You Must:
  • Have a bachelor's degree.
  • Have experience taking a leadership role in an agile development process
  • Have experience as either a product manager or scrum master (Product Manager preferred)
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a high level of personal integrity and very good professional judgement.
  • Be accustomed to handling confidential matters with appropriate sensitivity.

It Would Be Nice If:
  • Experience in a big data environment including AWS Big Data services, Apache Spark, and Hadoop.
  • Experience with data visualization and programming languages, including Python/scikit-learn/matplotlib, R, Scala or Java.
  • Experience with manipulating data and ETL in parallel processing and distributed compute environments.
