Our client is seeking a Web Developer
Key Accountabilities:
  • Working Experience with subject matter in diverse environments.
  • Resource has worked with all basic components of the subject matter and can identify relevant standards, policies and practices.
  • Individual has a strong understanding of the operational issues and considerations and can site examples of usage in different environments.
  • Resource will gain technical expertise and make recommendations for solutions which may impact the overall outcome of the project/assignment.
  • Resource has the ability to work with clients/users to identify and scope their requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Must have a Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree.
  • Mandatory: Java, Angular, SPRING, GIT, CSS, HTML, Web Services, relational Database like SQL Server and Oracle
  • Desired: Liferay, SAML 2.0.
  • 5+ years of full development life cycle experience -- from architecture through test and deployment, and cross platform skills.
  • Essential skills: Java/J2EE, WebSphere, JBoss, JSON, XML, XSLT, SOAP, Spring, Hibernate.
  • Software development expertise to include object-oriented design and programming (OOD, OOP), user interface/front-end development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript including frameworks like Angular), business object/component development, and database programming.
  • Experience developing Web-based applications based on model-view-controller (MVC) design patterns and Java frameworks such as Spring desired. Experience with object-relational mapping tools such as Hibernate also required.
  • Assist the in-house architect in the Web Services/Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)/Enterprise Server Bus (ESB) space.
  • The ability to work in an Agile environment and understand User Stories.
  • Experience with database design and modeling is desired.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to project management and the rest of the development team.
