 Tailwind Associates, an EOE, has a full time opportunity with our client in Albany, NY for a IT Partner Management Analyst
 
Job description:
 The IT Partner Management Analyst has responsibility for assisting our Client to achieve operational success with its IT global development strategy. This includes defining and implementing procedures and as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to effectively leverage global development. This position also helps to influence internal culture to assimilate global resources into a ‘one company’ model and interacts with global resources to fulfill our Client’s requirements.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Technology based degrees preferred.
  • A minimum of Five (5) years employment experience is required.
  • Sound Understanding of processes (such as market research, sourcing, financial analysis, SLA development & tracking, etc.) around global development model is required.
  • Previous hands-on experience of working with Global Service Providers is required. 
  • 2 – 4 years of experience with global development in a vendor/client relationship model preferred.
  • Understanding of business process mapping discipline required. 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, identify, implement and monitor outcomes required.
  • Strong Written and Oral communication skills are required.
  • Good organization and time management skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify weaknesses in workflow and develop and implement process improvements to continually insure that corporate goals are satisfied is required.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong inter-personal relationship.
  • Knowledge of IT project management principles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external resources include all levels of management, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources required.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point required. Additional experience with Visio and MS Project preferred.
  • Familiarity with PHI, HITECH and HIPAA preferred.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
