 Tailwind Associates, an EOE, has a direct-hire opportunity with our client in Albany, NY for a Vice President, Technology Management & Infrastructure
 
 Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our senior leadership team as the Vice President of Technology Management. 
This position serves as the lead technology architect, responsible for our client's technology infrastructure including client/server, network and inter-site connectivity services, data center, disaster recovery and system continuity, and telecommunications.  This position is charged with the overall strategic and operational direction of technology planning and development through business planning, prioritization, coordination, deployment, and management of existing and emerging infrastructure solutions. 
The successful candidate will engage with a diverse team serving as a visible leader.
 
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a math, science, or technology related field of study.  Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 15 years of progressive experience in information technology management.
