Job Description:
Using discretion and judgment, prioritizes and resolves work in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Reporting and Territory Management systems. Supports and is a resource for the Global Distribution Data Support (GDDS) team and Business Intelligence team. Works with all levels of Global Distribution staff to provide daily support for maintenance of accurate information on CRM and sales reporting systems.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and resolve customer data update requests in CRM system.
2. Review and resolve daily client data exception reports.
3. Process daily Sales System transaction resolution items to ensure trades received have the correct firm, branch and representative data.
4. Prepare and analyze spreadsheet data for upload into processing systems.
5. Update and maintain department process guidelines and documentation.
6. Acts as a resource to assist other members of GDDS and Business Intelligence teams.
7. Performs special research and client data processing projects as necessary.
8. Assists with additional responsibilities as requested.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Ideal candidates would have 1 year exp in Financial Services, however we can be flexible on that one, if they meet the other criteria.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A quick learner who is ambitious and reliable
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to confidently navigate other Microsoft Office products
• Prior experience working in a financial services/asset management environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
