The Data Solutions and Analytics Marketing Manager (North America) will work with teams in North America and Europe in the planning and production of marketing campaigns that target RIA's, asset managers, asset owners, banks, hedge funds, wire houses, brokerages and ETF issuers, supporting the growth of analytics businesses within these segments.

The person in this role will coordinate with global marketing and communications teams as well as Department, Product Management and Sales to coordinate and execute a broad range of marketing activities, combining content creation, advertising, digital, email, social, webinar and events marketing techniques to successfully meet the campaign goals as well as proactively identifying new marketing opportunities, partnerships and techniques.

The person in this role will also act as the primary day-to-day marketing touchpoint for all analytics clients in North America and Canada.

The Data Solutions and Analytics Marketing Manager will be responsible for development and delivery of regional aspects of the global analytics campaign. They will design and manage campaigns to grow our brand equity, revenue base and client mix within the analytics space.

Reporting to the Global Head of ETF and Wealth Management Marketing they will work closely with relevant client facing, product management and marketing teams within FTSE Russell to align with broader business goals and seek synergies with FTSE Russell marketing campaigns and broader interests.
  • Develop and execute regional analytics marketing strategy in support of global goals
  • Coordinate production and delivery of all campaign materials, content and events
  • Proactive identification of new marketing tactics and opportunities designed to deliver growth
  • Work with appropriate partners on the development of co-marketing opportunities
  • Work with media and distribution teams to increase visibility of analytics data
  • Ensure alignment with key initiatives from ETP, Product Marketing and Wealth Management teams to leverage full potential of FTSE Russell marketing platform
  • Oversee regional campaign budget
  • Manage any external agencies or suppliers related to the campaign management
  • Coordination with regional client facing teams around marketing activity and communications
  • Coordination of regional marketing activity with global marketing colleagues and media teams
  • Contribution to FTSE Russell social media platforms
Candidate Profile / Key Skills
Skills / Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment (financial services, financial technology or financial data an advantage)
  • Good working knowledge of institutional and retail investment industries in North America
  • Excellent planning, time and project management skills
  • Demonstrable success in managing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent relationship management, presentation and communication skills
  • Degree level education (2:1 or above, or equivalent)
