We are looking for highly skilled, team orientated individuals who can contribute in a mature and proactive way to all phases of a project lifecycle – and promote Agile delivery paradigm. Accordingly, in this role you will be working on Digital applications and systems across the business and be exposed to broad range of projects.

Scrum Master working in Digital Client Experience (DCE) team will manage and execute multiple projects within the pillar in alignment with the DCE agile delivery model.

Key responsibilities:

• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. • Facilitating discussion, remove impediments, decision making, and conflict resolution. • Able to maintain Burn down charts, Sprint velocity reports. Able to conduct Scrum calls, sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings. • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. • Facilitates internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management). • Guides the team's operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily stand up, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team.
Skills/Experience:

• First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) • Working with offshore teams in multiple scrum teams model. • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. • Knowledge and experience with other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Lean • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. • Experience within small sized Agile implementations (e.g. 5-7 teams). • Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills required. • Excellent communication and mentoring skills • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills • Good communicator, keen to collaborate and share knowledge • Fluent English
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR equivalent work experience.
