Our client is seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst based out of the Boston office supporting the firm's equity and or fixed income products.  
CRS as a whole is responsible for providing materials and expertise that best help service our clients and grow our business. This role is specifically dedicated to fixed income and the responsibilities outlined below.
 
Responsibilities
  • The contract Investment Reporting Analyst will be dedicated to helping in certain asset class or across teams. Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and fact checking client letters, reports and presentation materials
  • Maintaining product-related marketing and client materials such as generic presentations, investment profiles, and fact sheets
  • Collaborating with Product Management to keep product information current as well as on ad hoc projects
  • Assisting in ongoing team projects
  • Interacting with many other departments within the firm to support the firm and win new business in accordance with the CRS Guidelines.
 Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Investments required .
  • Solid understanding of asset classes
  • 1-3 years of work experience / or strong internships at investment management firms
  • Good Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros helpful)
  • Any exposure to PCS BookTool and or Seismic is ideal
  • Progress or plans towards CFA, MBA or CAIA highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and project exposure and or experience.
  • Soft skills = organized, good attention to detail, and strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure (deadline driven).
  • Polished and professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with client reporting and portfolio data analysis extremely beneficial within the investment industry.
