As our Technical Recruiter, You'll -
Recruit for a variety of disciplines including software engineers (Java, Front End, Mobile), IT, DevOps, Data Science, Data Engineering, Marketing and Product Management.
Additionally, You'll -
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand technical positions, the organizations goals & objectives, recruiting needs, & then develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, touch-points, expectation setting with candidates and the team, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create Marketing Ads (formally known as job descriptions) by understanding required skills and background, the impact of the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company.
  • Be a Talent Influencer: provide guidance and coaching to Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Establish and own relationships with groups and developer communities.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to further improve candidate close rate.
Your background includes -
  • 5+ years exp. as a Technical Recruiter, preferably start-ups/tech exp. in Silicon Valley
  • Proven ability to manage 15-20 openings and recruit awesome talent
  • Tenacious ability to source (even cold call) with an expertise in proactive recruiting, networking, ultimately leveraging a strong social and professional network
  • Ability to articulate (and sell) the business and related opportunities to candidates
  • Exceptional customer service, collaboration, Team Player is HUGE
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with engineering leaders, as well as advising and coaching them through the recruiting process as necessary
  • Outstanding closing skills
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and dispositioning candidates
