The position of Logical Access Security Analyst resides within the Corporate IT Services division with Cartus, and reports to the Logical Access Manager.

The security analyst is responsible for accurately provisioning and de-provisioning access to Cartus IT resources in accordance with Corporate security policies. Security Analysts in this role are responsible for reading and studying documented procedures and processes and implement them in detail with little or no errors. Additionally, analysts will need to be familiar with the tools and mechanisms that are used to grant/deny access to Cartus resources. The analyst must be able to clearly communicate (both written and orally) to all levels of management.

• Create, modify, and delete accounts for various systems
• Grant/Deny access to files, folders, and applications
• Create, and maintain constantly changing documentation
• Work scheduled afterhours shifts to provide support across multiple time zones and to handle emergency access requests.

Experience and Skills:
• Have experience using access control functions with operating systems Microsoft Windows; email systems Microsoft Exchange and O365; and databases Microsoft Active Directory, SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Ability to learn new access control functions for proprietary systems (e.g. in house applications).
• Ability to continuously prioritize and multitask efficiently.
• Ability to understand critical factors and impacts surrounding issues, and decision making.
• Ability to build and grow critical working relationships within Realogy.
• Ability to interface and communicate clearly with all levels of employees and management.

• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows Active Directory administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2010 administration
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft file access administration
• Creating folders and network shares and the understanding of the difference between the NTFS permissions and share permissions.
• Strong technical background and organizational skills.
• Pay attention to details (vital).

Bonus Qualifications:
• Knowledge of PowerShell in relation to MS Exchange, Active Directory, SQL and O365 administration.
• Knowledge of Windows 2008 server OS
• Knowledge of networking protocols SMTP, RDP, DNS, NetBIOS, SMB, and RPC
• Knowledge of access control functions in Unix and Oracle
