Manager IT Infrastructure
  • Responsibilities include but not limited to: configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing systems infrastructure, related hardware and software.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to, responding to requests for technical assistance regarding desktops, printers and software; diagnosing, debugging and resolving technical computer hardware and software issues; and tracking, monitoring and documenting all help desk requests and resolutions.
  • Collaborates with senior management and acts as an advisor of technologies that may improve the efficiency and effectiveness of attorneys and staff. Supports the technical vision and leads all aspects of the firm's technological development.
  • Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
  • Acts as a good steward of the firm's resources and ensures control of IT departmental budget.
  • Collaborates and works closely with team of developers to provide infrastructure needs, support users, and ensure IT as a whole is meeting the needs of the business
  • Other responsibilities include fire & security systems, and miscellaneous as assigned.
  • Current Development Environment with role will interface/collaborate with: C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio

Managerial Responsibilities:
  • 2 Help Desk Analysts

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and systems operations.
  • Experience in VMWare vSphere, Citrix XenDesktop, VoIP, Avaya and Exchange are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology discipline and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in Network & Server Administration are preferred.
  • Ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem resolution skills and the ability to work in a team dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Windows 7, 10, Microsoft Office 2010, 2016, and Office 365

Desirable Certifications:
  • Cisco Certified Network Administrator, Microsoft MCP, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+
