Detail Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager (PM), with a technical background, provides project / program management for our Call Center projects. The Senior PM is responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, at a high level of quality. The Senior PM may manages internal teams, vendors, and external resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage Call Center projects
o Conduct feasibility studies and evaluations
o Manage project scope, including requirements definition
o Define project schedule and resource allocation
o Manage project budget and costs
o Manage project communications across the organization
o Manage the determination of appropriate solutions (technical, business, and organizational constructs)
o Negotiate agreements with and manage external vendors and consultants
o Secure commitments (resource and schedule) from line managers
o Review deliverables, obtain appropriate business approvals, and provide final sign-off for milestones
o Ensure overall project quality
o Integrate results of project into company operations
• Manage program and project portfolio
o Monitor performance, improvement, and enhancement requirements to align with business needs
o Determine scope of work efforts and apportion work into discrete manageable projects
o Ensure that management priorities are followed and that goals are met
o Establish and maintain repeatable project methodology
o Work effectively across functional teams and departments
o Work effectively with Senior Leadership team
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this job
Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years, including at least 5 – 7 years of direct project management experience
• Strong background in implementing large complex projects in a fluid environment
• Strong application development background (Full SDLC including operational support)
• Experience with Call Center technologies (IVR, CRM, etc...)

• BA/BS degree
• 10 years, including at least 5 – 7 years of direct project management experience
• Strong background in implementing large complex projects in a fluid environment
• Excellent communication and motivation skills, and ability to interact appropriately with senior level colleagues, vendors, and partners
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide solutions
• Experience working with a variety of staff, delivery organizations, and partners
• Excellent understanding of and experience with implementation of software applications, including familiarity with data integration issues and ongoing operational considerations
• Be decisive and assertive and show initiative in problem-solving, while at the same time skilled at team-building
• Experience with application development and testing.
• Experience in a high-volume subscription-based business is a plus
• Experience with SDLC and various project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• PMI certification a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Creative writing ability
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
