UX Designer

 Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Project planning, project monitoring, project reporting and stake holder communication
· Work with the UX CoE team to help the application managers to transform existing applications to consistent
user experience, aligned with Brand Visual Identity Guidelines and be in compliance with new UX & Design
Standards
· Working efficiently with business counterparts, IT stakeholders, application development teams,
branding/marketing teams
· Work with project teams to conduct extensive UX & Design reviews aimed at incorporating UCD principles in the
application development lifecycle
· Prioritize recommendations and evaluate opportunities to deliver the improvements to the customer experience
· Create/ Update detailed design specs, wire frames, style tiles/mock-ups

Knowledge and Skills Required:
*Design Portfolio / Work Samples is a must
Required Skills
· Sound knowledge of Information Architecture, User Research Methods, UI & Interaction Design, Usability Testing,
Prototyping & Visual design
· Strong advocate of UX domain & UCD principles
· Onsite-Offshore co-ordination under global delivery model
· Ability to multi-task, juggle competing priorities, and organizing projects
· Dynamic, creative, and excited to use data to drive impact across the user experience
· Highly analytical and loves to attack challenging puzzles
· Excellent oral and visual communication skills
· Eagerness to continually learn, grow and improve in a collaborative team environment
· Proficient with design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Visio, Axure, Balsamic, Dreamweaver and
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable Skills
· Appreciation of Trading , settlement and depository business domain
· Understanding of web technologies (strengths and constraints)
· Data visualization
· Responsive Design
· HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience
