Job Description:
In this role, the candidate should possess at minimum 5 years of QA Leadership experience. They will be responsible for managing the testing and qualification of software for Sprout point solutions. These solutions cover a wide array of deployments, from Libraries, Museums, Retail Stores, and other point solutions to be determined.
Since this role is plays a central role in the development of Solutions Software for Sprout, we will need a candidate with exceptional communications skills since the candidate will be interacting with any one from Executive Management, Sales, Customers, as well as Software Developers.
Lastly, we will need a good leader; someone with the ability to reconcile differences, be a creative problem solver and someone who can listen. This candidate will also need experience with Customer Support and be a strong customer advocate.
Quality Assurance Lead – Sprout Solutions
  • Ability to create, design and execute tests to qualify Sprout Solutions software
  • Experience leading small test teams during all phases of software lifecycle and development
  • Has experience training new QA engineers as well as providing mentorship to new as well as experienced QA engineers
  • Has extensive project management and scheduling experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Technical Skills
  • Software: Windows 7/8/10, MS Office/Excel, MS Dos

  • CTS, TFS, and IRS+, winHCK, , PCMark, 3d mark, WinPVT, WinHCK, WHQL
  • Database: MySQL (track, and manage database), FTP (setup, share, and maintenance)
  • Automation: Ranorex, WinPVT, WHQL, or other UI automation as a minimum
