Job Overview:
Responsible for supporting the delivery of the overall Capgemini FS SBU's proposed solution to bridge the gender gap [around Recruit, Retain and Develop]
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Fully understand the context of the identified Diversity agenda for FS and selected prioritized action items under Diversity Council umbrella
  • Support overall program direction, vision, insight and decisions on a day to day basis
  • Follow-up on day to day activities, plan and schedule for the program with key stakeholders
  • Research and analyze on industry/technology/Group best practices/knowledge to Diversity Council when required
  • Support implementation from a program wide perspective, including scheduling meeting, logistics etc
  • Work closely with HR POC in creation and analysis of reports and presentations of  Diversity projects
  • Analyze appropriateness of Training and Development programs and support in implementing them
  • Support in planning networking events (F2F and virtual) when required
  • Reach out to various stakeholders to consolidate content for a rich Newsletter and other communication activities related to Diversity agenda
