Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Client in Jersey City is looking for a resource with ServiceNow experience to be able to assist them with:
1. Generating incident and problem KPIs, dashboards, reports and commentary for senior management meetings
2. KPI generation process improvements including improvements in upstream and downstream data from ServiceNow

Person would need to be able to have:
1. Experience in incident management and change management
2. Good communication skills and be able to work with IT teams in the day to day but also be able to stand back and look at the process

Position is in JC, NJ. 5 days a week onsite.
