3 Years LONG TERM CONTRACT
  • Responsible for production support activities for all types of priority tickets
  • Interaction with business users for requirement clarification and resolution of incidents reported
  • Responsible for root cause analysis for major incidents
  • Coordination with Business Units and Development Teams
  • Provide Status reports Mentoring junior members of the team
  • Ability to function as a 1st responder to emergency production situations
  • Ability to function as Lead and management backup

Qualifications
Graduate or post graduate in Engineering or Technology with Computers or IT stream
OR
Graduate or post graduate in any stream with course in Computers or IT stream

Skills
Required Skills:
  • COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, REXX, Stored Procedure
  • Proven competency of production support for applications and demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions to business problems / needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to earn trust of the user community as systems solutions prepared by this person must consistently meet the company's business requirements/opportunities.
  • Well-versed with Mainframe utilities and tools including CHANGEMAN, Endeavor, Panvalet, IBM DB2, Xpediter, Eztrieve, TSO, ISPF, Abend Aid, File Aid, File Manager, SPUFI , InterTest, IBM Debugger and QMF.
  • Experience in identifying upstream and downstream system impact
  • Experience in working with production control team for implementation and support of application components.

Experience
  • Experience in process automation, process optimization and scheduling process
  • Experience in Batch job scheduling, monitoring and optimization with CA7 and TWS.
  • Experience in troubleshooting of online programs using CICS
  • Experience in working with DB2 database design, development and performance tuning.
  • Experience with monitoring tools - Client or CA Tool Suites a plus.
  • Business and functional knowledge in Pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems
  • Exposure in working with HPSM and Version One tool for daily task tracking and reporting.
