Really need a team lead, good comm. This is important because they will interview other WebSphere admins as they onboard them. They will also assist with training and documentation
This team will be supporting this application on a 24/7 rotation. These consultants will be reviewing playbooks and monitor dashboards and must be very strong in production support. They MUST have experience in Production Support in a High pressure environment.
At least 8 years of IBM WebSphere Application Server administration experience
Extensive 24/7 Support, experience in troubleshooting with IBM WebSphere MQ
Must be available to provide 24x7 on-call support to troubleshoot and resolve system problems of a complex nature
Must be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced demanding environment
Must be able to prioritize and effectively manage time supporting multiple concurrent efforts

Functional knowledge of and hands-on experience with Linux systems and shell scripting
Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess a strong work ethic and be willing and available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to complete assigned tasks and projects
