BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Han IT Staffing is a fast growing IT consulting and services company. We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3+ years of new business development and account management experience within the IT Consulting, Staffing and Professional Services industry.   • Acts as primary point-of-contact for assigned accounts
  • Develops and implements strategies for developing business in new accounts / territory
  • Spearheads new lead generation strategies, and account penetration strategies for current accounts
  • Is responsible for managing proposal development and client presentations and interaction
  • Maintains relationships and open communication with onsite resources in their accounts
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the existing business and grow accounts
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of the client's needs, in order to validate recommendations before presenting to the client
  • Masters and maintains detailed knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends


Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced or Business Degree is a Plus
  • Minimum of 3 years in staffing, business development and account management in the US IT market.
  • Must have demonstrable prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners and End Clients with a consistent track record of success; relationships that can potentially be leveraged for new business
  • Excellent sales and client relationship skills. Ability to interface with a wide range of individuals
  • Broad technical knowledge about Systems and IT Infrastructure; Application Development and Frameworks; Enterprise Business Suites, Portals and Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing
  • Proven track record expanding the footprint/ increasing sales in the IT services / consulting / staffing field
  • Extensive cross-selling experience within medium and large companies with a proven and documented revenue growth success.
  • Track record of expanding existing business by researching and targeting opportunities
  • Progressive account management experience within the information technology field is a plus
