Salesforce Analyst

Sales & Service Cloud including Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case and Territory Management. Custom Applications built on Force.com platform using Apex and Visualforce, Collaboration tools like Chatter. Integration of SFDC with CBS & NxGen via Web- service callout
Duration – 5 month (Nov'2015 to till date)
Key Responsibilities –
1.      Played the role of a Salesforce Technology lead and SFDC Consultant
2.      Involved in gathering requirements, designing and building solutions and managing End to End Support tickets for the Salesforce.com platform
3.      Lead a team of 5 Technical Developers and Functional consultants from Offshore coordinating in Design, Development and testing to ensure successful application delivery to the Client
4.      Maintained a good mix of standard out of the box features with custom development to build a robust CRM Solution
5.      Project Scheduling and Status Reporting
6.      Handing deployments across various Sandboxes via Change Sets, Eclipse Force.com IDE.
7.      Extensively worked in Workflows, Approval Process, Security like Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles & Sharing Rules, Reports and Dashboard for the Organization.
8.      Involved in designing Issue Management process for the Organization
