Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO to lead the design development and architecture of customer journeys This hybrid role combines hands on development with strategic architecture responsibilities to deliver scalable personalized and datadriven experiences across multiple channels

Key Responsibilities
Journey Design Development
o Build and configure multistep customer journeys in AJO across email SMS push and in-app channels
o Implement orchestration rules decision management and audience targeting logic
Architecture Blueprinting
o Design scalable reusable journey components and frameworks aligned with AJO capabilities
o Create high level journey blueprints supporting Next Best Action NBA logic and personalization
Integration Data Strategy
o Integrate AJO with AEP RealTime CDP and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
o Manage data ingestion schema creation and audience segmentation in AEP
o Conduct AB testing and multivariant testing for journey improvements
Collaboration Leadership
o Work closely with marketing data engineering and creative teams
o Mentor junior developers and provide best practices for AJO implementation

Required Skills Experience
Technical Expertise
o 5 years in marketing technology 2 years hands on with AJO
o Strong knowledge of AJO AEP RTCDP
o Proficiency in JavaScript JSON REST APIs familiarity with HTMLCSS
Certifications
o Preferred Adobe Certified Expert AJO or certifications in Experience Design or Marketing Technology
Soft Skills
o Excellent collaboration communication and problem solving abilities
