Mandatory Skills:
Deep expertise in WebMethods (Integration Server, MFT, API, UM & TC).
Strong experience in cloud migrations.
Good integration architecture and delivery experience.
API & cloud integration (REST/SOAP, AWS/Azure).
DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, server setup, patching, migration).
Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Outage handling & RCA.
Leadership & mentoring capabilities.
Excellent client-facing communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:
Groovy or other scripting languages.
Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Agile methodology experience.
WebMethods certification.
Monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK).
Security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
