Technology Analyst
Role Summary:
Support RM Central for Private Advisor Services by translating business needs into technical deliverables, coordinating releases, and ensuring operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:

· Elicit and document requirements, process flows, and user stories for RM Central.

· Partner with Salesforce developers and QA to drive solution delivery and testing readiness.

· Monitor production, triage incidents, and coordinate root-cause analysis and fixes.

· Maintain knowledge artifacts, SOPs, and configuration documentation.

· Support release planning, change management, and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills & Experience:

· 5+ years in technology/business analysis roles.

· Working knowledge of Salesforce and RM Central workflows.

· Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and coordination.

· Insurance/financial services experience preferred; familiarity with compliance.
· CTI Integration is preferred
