Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer with a strong background in designing, building, and managing scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Data Lake, Redshift, and Aurora integration, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality data engineering solutions. AWS Certification is highly desirable and will be considered a strong differentiator.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage robust data pipelines on AWS using Data Lake, Redshift, and Aurora.
• Integrate multiple data sources into a centralized data repository ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Optimize and tune Redshift and Aurora databases for high performance and cost-efficiency.
• Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance in AWS environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and ETL processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Data Lake, Redshift, Aurora.
• Strong expertise in data modelling, ETL processes, and database optimization.
• AWS Certified (preferably AWS Certified Data Analytics or AWS Solutions Architect).
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or Spark for data processing.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
