Responsibilities
Lead Technical Product Management
  • Drive technical product management activities across multiple products, including planning,
development, and implementation. Define and analyze technical markets, establish detailed
product features and requirements, and create implementation plans.
  • Design and Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in solution design and champion ongoing enhancements to ensure products
meet evolving business and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Issue Resolution
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production and implementation issues
  • promptly. Manage and escalate critical concerns to enable rapid delivery.
  • Customer Communication & Outreach
  • Own messaging, communication, and outreach initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment
  • with customer expectations.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to optimize user and end-consumer
experiences.
  • Business Planning & Prioritization
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and provide recommendations for departmental
  • priorities.
  • Global Support
  • Support product management activities for international markets, ensuring responsiveness
across multiple time zones and diverse client needs.
  • Agile & DPM Practices
  • Learn, adopt, and drive Digital Product Management (DPM) practices within agile teams and
across the department.

Qualifications
  • Leadership: Minimum of 2 years leading large, cross-functional teams on major
  • organizational initiatives (preferred).
  • Agile Expertise: Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and
  • ability to develop and execute product strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services (preferred).
  • Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with AI concepts and applications (preferred).
  • Shared Services: Experience working in a shared service environment (preferred).
