Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
  • Implement and configure Service Cloud Voice for seamless customer support integration.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
  • Integrate Salesforce with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong focus on Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise with Service Cloud Voice implementation.
  • Strong programming skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for external integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Experience in banking/financial services domain.
  • Exposure to Omni-Channel routing, CTI integrations, and voice analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
