Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services and ServiceNow integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless connectivity across cloud and ITSM platforms. This role requires strong technical depth, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, AWS services, and ServiceNow.
• Build scalable and secure API-driven solutions and middleware components.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including workflow rules, validation rules, process automation, and custom objects.
• Implement AWS Lambda functions, API Gateway, S3, SNS/SQS, and other cloud services to support Salesforce integrations.
• Work with ServiceNow teams to enable data exchange, workflow orchestration, and automated processes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, SNS/SQS).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow or other enterprise ITSM tools.
