Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, React, AWS, Red Hat OpenShift, and OpenText technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
  • Build interactive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Develop integrations and workflows using OpenText products (e.g., Content Server, Documentum, or related ECM tools).
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.
  • Containerize and orchestrate applications using OpenShift (Docker, Kubernetes concepts).
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and maintain code quality through testing and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
  • Hands-on experience with React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end tooling.
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
  • Experience working with OpenShift for containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of OpenText platforms (Content Server, Documentum, xECM, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
